I forge work of the highest artistic quality; pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in the rehearsal room and on stage; like staging a full-length musical, involving 100 young people in just 9 days or creating successful, nationally-touring musicals. I adopt an open and collaborative approach and offer strong artistic vision coupled with excellent leadership.
I am excited by projects which foster diversity and inclusivity while striving to engage hard-to-reach audiences.
